Are the prices on this website quotes?
No. Prices on this website, including those from the guide-price tool, are guide ranges including VAT where it applies. They are not offers and do not form a contract. Your price is set out in a written quote after a site survey.
When is a contract made?
A contract is made when you accept our written quote. It is with S&K Property Investments and Improvement Ltd and is governed by the quote, its terms and conditions, and your statutory rights, which are not affected by anything on this website.
Can I cancel?
If you agree a contract at your home, away from our business premises, or by phone, email or online, you usually have 14 days to cancel. If you ask us to start work within that period and then cancel, you may have to pay for work already done. Full details, and a cancellation form, are provided with your quote.
What if the work needs to change?
Any change to the agreed specification, price or timescale is agreed in writing before the changed work is carried out.
